David Schneider

Sales Manager

David Schneider was born in New York and migrated to Texas with his family in the early 1970s. Though he grew up in Houston, David found his home in Austin, Texas, in 1985 and has been a naturalized Austinite ever since. He graduated from The University of Texas in 1990 with a bachelor’s degree in communication/advertising and was employed in the social work industry, caring for emotionally disturbed adolescents, for six years.

In the late 1990s, David gained extensive experience in operations, sales, and management as the vice president and general manager of Aziz Salon and Day Spa, one of the top salons and day spas in Austin. That experience led to him to study and begin to understand the dynamics of customer loyalty and creating raving fans. As a Realtor, sales manager, and the director of training for Goldwasser Real Estate, David excels at attention to detail and relationship building both with his clients and his staff.

David sits on the advisory board of Pride of Austin-Capital Investments. In addition, David currently sits on the board of Austin Young Real Estate Professionals as the sponsorship chair.
