Transaction Assistant

Lisa Leary came to Goldwasser Real Estate in May 2009 and serves as a transaction assistant. Her responsibilities include assisting agents and transaction managers to ensure that each listing and closing flows smoothly. She also utilizes her graphic design background to help prepare property flyers for the company’s many listings.

Born and raised in Denver, CO, Lisa moved to California to attend UCLA and my received her bachelor’s degree in history and graphic design. She worked in the publishing industry as an art director/graphic designer in Los Angeles for six years before moving to Austin in 2001.

Once in Austin, Lisa started her own company designing invitations, announcements, and stationery in 2002, which she continues to maintain and run in her spare time. She earned her real estate license in 2006 and worked as an agent for JB Goodwin and Zip Realty for about two years. After exploring some new ventures, she decided to return to the real estate world at Goldwasser Real Estate.
