Nicole Parayno

Transaction Manager

Nicole Parayno has served as a transaction manager for Goldwasser Real Estate since joining the company in June 2007. A detail-oriented professional, she prides herself in expertly handling the details of each real estate transaction, assisting both buyers and sellers to ensure a smooth listing and closing process.

Born and raised in Buda, Texas, Nicole moved to California in 2002 and began working for CoStar Group, a commercial real estate research company. In May of 2003 she decided to leave Costar and become a self-taught transaction manager for Help-U-Sell Real Estate. While performing transaction management services, she began doing her own real estate sales.

In January of 2004 Nicole joined E Real Estate and Loans, where she did real estate sales and loans. In 2005, she became a broker’s assistant for the firm, before returning to her native Texas in 2007.
