Tara Goldwasser

Vice President of Marketing/Chief Operating Officer

Tara Goldwasser serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Goldwasser International, overseeing a staff of more than a dozen professionals in the areas of transaction management, marketing, customer service, and administrative support.

Raised in Minnesota, Tara attended the University of Kansas and received her bachelor’s degree in organizational and interpersonal communication in 1994. Upon graduation, she moved to Austin, Texas, and spent four years as an account executive for Kolar Advertising. At Kolar, Tara ran national account management strategy for several national accounts including 3M and Dell.

In 1998, Tara earned her real estate license and sold two homes before realizing that her talents were better suited to operations than sales. Ever since, she has worked with Chad in every aspect of residential real estate while building the business to what it is today. Her successful marketing campaigns include the annual Rock ’n’ Restock charity benefit concert, the annual Goldwasser Fall Festival benefiting Toys for Tots, and the Partners in Education Program that donates thousands of dollars per year to area schools.

A very driven person, Tara is always looking toward the next level of accomplishment and is excited to be able to give others an opportunity to change their lives and to make a difference in so many others. She enjoys exercise, especially running, biking, and golf. She also loves to travel.

Tara has been married to Chad Goldwasser since 1997. They have two sons and one daughter, and are heavily involved in the Circle C Ranch neighborhood. Tara is passionate about taking care of her family, loves playing with her kids, and vows she will never leave Austin!
